har de har har. You know, Trump is the President we needed. Not because he's remotely good at the job, but because he's so bad that we can potentially fix some Executive-Power overreach that has seeped in over the years...also, I find the Obama "humor" odd considering our current state-of-affairs...

Ben Garrison is a racist piece of ****. If you find that funny, then you have my sincere sympathies.

Why would Obama ban a group of panting boot lickers? He had nothing to worry about.

I remember a lot of reporters asking Obama the tough question of how his meeting with Trump went. I remember Obama being quite decent given Trump's constant hating on him.

The thread title is unclear: I think - reading the posts - that the OP has in mind humour at the expense of Barack Obama, not examples where the President was articulate, informed, and possessed a barbed and sometimes biting wit.

Hint: Just take a look at any of the annual White House Press Correspondents' dinners that occurred while Barack Obama held the office of POTUS, where he was more than capable of defending himself with wit and words.

And a further hint: This year, Mr Trump declined to even attend the function.

Instead, he clearly prefers to Tweet angrily and petulantly in the small hours, sometimes in screaming capital letters, while demonstrating an, at times, questionable literacy - "covfefe" anyone? - and a very dubious grasp of basic core stuff such as the separation of powers, the functions of the courts, and the role of the president.

in other words handpicking who he would let people ask questions.

There is a nice anecdote from a journalist who was travelling with the German delegation when Merkel first visited Trump. After the press conference, 4 questions were allowed. Trump was asked two nice questions by US reporters. The he was asked two criticizing questions by two German reporters. Afterwards he was angry because, he thought the German administration had pciked those two to provoke him. That totally wasn't the case. What he didn't know is that in Germany the press meets before the conference starts and they deal it out among themselves, contrary to the US, where the president calls the reporters up (be they or be they not handpciked beforehand).

Humor and Ben Garrison don't belong in the same space.

It is almost as if Tim Buckley crossed over from web comics and made political cartoons under the pen name of Ben Garrison.

I still laugh at the left how it all blew up in their faces when Donnie won. It was epic.
