“Little Rocket Man” will go down in history as a glorious beacon of an example of online democracy and how it can better impact the world. His alleged affair with a porn star behind his wife’s back will be seen as opening the floodgates for sexual liberation and women’s rights. And of course, him saying what he can, did, can’t or shouldn’t do while also saying that if he did or didn’t do any of those things it wouldn’t matter will see the end of the need for laws and law enforcement, as anything goes. World peace is the only thing that can ensue from such broken boundaries.

Let he who HASN'T had an affair with a porn star just after the birth of his fifth child with his third wife cast the first stone.

Because Trump says “1+1 is 3” and Obama says “1+1 is 2” and the right gives Trump a mulligan but accuses Obama of destroying the sanctity of math.

Truly backward logic. The worst of Obama was his pastor - once - saying “goddamn America” (Trump went to church probably once) and him being a Muslim born in Kenya (A fantasy tale Spielberg may write about one day).

Seriously... Obama took more flacks for thin-air rumors than Trump does for verifiable proof. Can’t be based on race, because David Duke and the rest of us know racism is dead.

Well, Fox News is 22 or 23 years old now. If you were old enough or even remember what they were like then, they wen't as bad as they are today. They offered a conservative viewpoint to CNN, which at the time was thriving, and still is to an extent. Clinton was bashed by both Democrats and Republicans. Fox began their foray deeper to the right after the Iraq invasion. They lost touch with reality a few years after. Here's the deal. All news sites and services need viewership to stay alive and bring in that sweet dough. Fox thrives with their BS and, honestly, a large chunk of their viewers are dumb enough to fall for everything. The remaining viewers actually read both sides of the press and make their own conclusions. They'll even pan conservative news when it's absolutely bad.

While I don't doubt some Fox Viewers and Fox hosts themselves panned Mr. Obama because he was Black and, let's face it, there's still people out there who expected him to sip on malt liquor and slur his words during a presser, because to these people there is no such thing as a successful black man. It's easier to smear someone, especially when there's no proof and history. Unlike with Trump who's an insult to my already insulted party made of hacks. Also, he's a Democrat. Obama, that is. That's considered pure evil by quite a few in the GOP.

The thing is these politicians and these experts or panel members who go on either station don't believe 90% of the crap they spew about the other side. Emotion brings in viewers and more viewers means more money. Plain and simple. Besides, today's liberalism and conservatism is a far cry from the values held a mere 40 years ago.

I didn't hate or like Obama. I agreed and disagreed with a number of things his administration did. In the last year, I've agreed with maybe 3-4 things the Trump Administration has done. The rest? No so much.

He's doing a great job at endorsing people, though. snicker

So the thread is over 24 hrs old and notice how none of the Right leaning regulars have anything to say about this hypocrisy. I'm willing to be most of them have at least viewed this thread though most would prob say they didn't see it. So for those that have, it shows that they see the hypocrisy but lack the integrity to admit it.

I mean CNN is kinda bad but it in no way compares to the constant LIE'S Faux News puts out.

Why did you quote me when I was harsh on Fox and have been in the past? I've long said the typical Fox viewer and Breitbart is not all there.

CNN went by probability. You do know how probability works, right? Also, you can lean conservative and not be a hypocritical liar.

The Trump apologists are now in silence mode. Not just hypocrisy but irony as well.

So Trump Supporters - "apologists" in your terminology need to explain Fox News?

I think all media is crap, I've spent a year away from it and have found much better things to do - read books, magazines, follow my hobbies, etc... That and the need to run memory intensive adblockers just to be able to read text because 90% of the page are advertisements that burn my CPU and cause security risks.

I can't stand the media period. What I find ironic is you think Fox News is better and somehow has to be defended. :p

I do not find them to be better and do not personally like Fox News.

These ads really are a problem these days. Not too bad on an Apple computer but on a Laptop running Windows those ads are endless on every other website page.
You find anything that works really well..?

Agreeded - I'm on a 2011 Macbook Mini for my primary machine (2015 Air for my main laptop). Even my expensive work Dell development machine crawls on media sites.

I followed a thread here on the iPhone forum and found AdGuard (https://adguard.com/en/welcome.html) - recently signed up for that. Seems to be doing really well. That said, I've spent almost a year away from media sites - I can't stand the ads - and like you guys/gals here - I can't stand the cr*p they post either. lol.

On iOS - have to use Safari with AdGuard. On Mac OS I use Chrome / Safari.
