    Link

Kennedy in one corner, The Nanny in a second, Cuomo in a third. Triple Threat wrestling match, anyone? It'll be an interesting decision by Paterson..

    BL.

Thanks Fran. Appreciate the interest. Now go to the House where all our B actors (Fred Grandy, Sonny Bono anyone) go.

Thanks to his years of campaigning on Law & Order.

What, you thought he was actually acting?

Of course he was a senator first. ;)

One might say acting killed his career. :p
On the other hand, imagine if she was to filibuster!

    God save us all.

I never thought I'd say this, but I think I'd rather have another Kennedy.

Nope. His first acting appearance was in 1987. He was elected to the senate in 1994.

He has a long, political career before he acted.

True. I was merely contradicting the statement that his time in the Senate occurred before he started acting.

Yep. It would be interesting to see how many Senators would stick around to hear her present a bill. :p

    Huh, that's right.

For some reason I thought he served concurrently with Gore Sr.

Either way, he was in politics before he was an "actor" so he's not really the same breed as The Nanny. :p
    LMAO. :D

Although we should be fair; her cackle is what is really scary!
    Hence why I said:

    :p

I hear the California Governor's Mansion is going to be without Celebrity in a matter of 2 years too. :p

At least he made a stop in a governor's mansion first.

Can't come soon enough. The current occupant might as well be Grey Davis with pecs.

Of course, the California Democratic bench is surprisingly thin. So is the GOP bench. We'll probably get another tweedle dumber in 2 years...

IIRC, his acting career preceded his political career.

Frankly I hope they call a constitutional convention before then and we get a PR-elected parliament in its place.

Never going to happen, but still, wouldn't it be nice? :p
