Tries to hold you responsible for purely political motives, trumps the charges up, and fails to make a case

A man died in their custody and it was shown that they never restrained him, as required by policy, and never got medical help until many stops later.

This was a scenario where they all got off because there was no legal mechanism of proving which one was guilty.

A man is placed restrained in the back of their transport and comes out with an 80% severed spinal cord....how is this not the fault of those officers?

Good, I hope the cops win. This reminds me of the Duke Lacrosse case, and shows and alarming trend where state prosecutors, with little or no oversight, bring dubious cases against individuals and destroy their reputations, even if the defendants are cleared. It's really a situation where the process is the punishment. These rogue prosecutors really have to be reigned in and subject to civil and even criminal penalties in egregious cases.

Prove the case, otherwise pack it up. The guy most likely rammed his own head into a wall, he was obviously a ****ing idiot.

Ask Ms. Mosby! She had the full resources of the state of Maryland behind her, along with essentially an unlimited budget, and could not prove a thing. What does that say about her and her office?

ball was dropped , Freddy had a history IIRC of injuring himself while in custody to get money,

YES they failed to restrain him , but guessing Freedie wanted a nice paycheck and went a bit overboard .

You have evidence of such that was withheld from the trials that took place?

Just so I'm clear, are you asserting that regardless of the outcome of the trial, you see the officers as guilty and that they should be held accountable.?

You have to remember these are the same people who started the hands up don't shoot mantra after a man committed strong armed robbery and then attacked a police officer and got himself shot while trying to go for the officers gun.

Yes they are responsible. How can they not be? I don't say it is murder but they are responsible for his death.
