Is there any good (easy to use) freeware or cheap web editor for the Mac? I'm used to using Mozilla Composer, but Composer doesn't seem to launch on the Mac version.

I use skedit It's $20 but well worth it. The developer is easily accessible and he does regular updates.

I tried (and paid for) lots of other editors but this is the best.

I just started Composer and it seems fine.

Are you using the latest version? Mozilla is up to 1.5.1.

Are you talking about an HTML editor? Or a WYSIWYG editor? For the former, I recommend Taco HTML Edit. It's free.
I don't know of any WYSIWYG that is freeware.
