does anyone know if there is a free (maybe open source) finance app for the mac that does simple stuff like transactions and budgets?

i have looked at ibank and squirrel and they do miuch more than what i need.

i have looked at gnucash but i dont like its interface very much.

thanks

Free:
* Cashbox is very simple, but I don't think it does budgets.
* iCompta is more fully featured

Open Source:
* kMyMoney is very full featured, but it isn't a native OS X app, so it might be similar to GNUCash
* I've just found a new one called Stash which is written for Cocoa, but it looks like it's still in early development (but it's usable for Transactions).

I really don't know if these will do what you want but I wanted to add their names of programs you can check out.

icompta is good and the developer is quick to respond to any comments or questions.

I saw one windows app that I would really like to see a mac version of. It´s called Acemoney and they have a free and commercial version.
