iPhone X Front screen with imperfections?

so I been noticing in the gym lighting that my phone would have to small reflective circles but only at certain angles. So today I thought maybe it was the glass protector. Since my glass protector cracked I thought “let me take it off and see”

Lo and behold it wasnt the protector it’s my actual screen. But it doesn’t affect images or anything in viewing at all.

Question is. Is this a new thing? Is it because of the oled?

My phone is otherwise perfect so I don’t want to echange it but has anyone else noticed this.

I took a picture before squeezing out air bubbles of my glass protector and it shows you where the “uneven” screen spots possibly are.

That is hideous. Mine isn’t like that. But it just looks like air bubbles under the protector? You said it was on the actual screen?

I can’t capture the affects on camera.

I did say I didn’t squeeze the air bubbles out yet but that is where believe the screen is uneven as that is where the marks show in light.

Please edit your post. I'm guessing you are saying the screen is uneven causing bubbles under the protector. If so take it to Apple. Maybe you just need a new screen protector...

Update: For sure Apple needs to see it...

It doesn’t affect actual use at all. This is only screen with screen off

Looks like air bubbles under the screen protector. A pic with no screen protector would have been more useful.

I tried but can’t get it to show. It’s one of those angle with certain lightning.

Just wondering if anyone else ever heard of this happening.

My theory is, is if it seems abnormal on your display, then it probably is whatever you're referring to without the screen protector. Perhaps make an appointment if necessary.

I think I’ll just keep it. No phone is perfect and it doesn’t affect display at all in viewing. The fact I can’t photgraph it speaks volume.
