iPod touch frozen

This is basically an Ipod Nano question ......mine is in a 'frozen' state - 'Connected, eject before disconnecting'. It is disconnected. Nothing I do helps. What should I do?

To unfreeze it press and hold the centre and menu button for about 15 seconds or until it restarts. Doing this will not affect your music or other things you have on your iPod.

Frozen solved

I held the centre button down for a long time many times and it's the first thing I tried. But it remained frozen. And I rebooted the computer. That didn't help. However I have good news. I was reading on a forum that I should unplug and plug in my router. I did that and immediately solved the problem - for whatever reason.

That's an odd fix. But whatever works should be done to fix it.
