Gay Italian forced to retake driving test due to "sexual identity disturbance"

    Another great example of how far behind the rest of Western Europe Italy is with regards to equality (on all fronts, let's be honest). This little tale has surfaced on the BBC Website.

    Of course, now that Berlusconi's rabble are back in power, let's not expect any miracles...:rolleyes:

    That's unbelievable!

    At least he got a fairly generous payout, considering he probably didn't really suffer that much 'harm'.

    If he's got his head screwed on right he'll donate most of it to a legal fund so that more Italian gay people can bring cases.

    wow I would say I was gay too if I could get paid $160,000 for "harassment."
