This one is very funny.
I got 17,....% I'm a Geek and I want a real lightsaber.
Take the test
Very cool test!!
34.31953% - Total Geek
I got 0%, poser. Exactly what I figured the results would be. Just happy that I love using a Mac!
26.23274 - total geek
22.48521% - Geek. That's respectable.
47%!? I am not THAT much of a geek
Do People from the Bible count as Mythological Characters??
48% - Super Geek!!!
Pretty funny actually - I think I checked yes to all the movies except one - Transformer movie....
I suggest they turn this into a triva game, not just a checklist.
Also, I decided to count my Cats' names as Mythological Beings, Sampson and Delilah (From the Bible) they. Strangest thing, Sam has short fine black hair, and Dee is a Big black Fluffball, and they are brother and sister.
45.56213% - Super Geek
Nice test, however the answer to all questions in the Universe is 47, and LINUX is not the only viable OS, Mac OSX is.
39.05325% - Major Geek
Sounds about right. I guess marrying a person you met over the internet kind of puts you over the edge.
33.3% geek! I am not surprised.
I had fun in the computer section, I think I almost had 100% checked there.
Yeah, then you have to know the answers in a few cases - Asimov and the Law of Robots - for example.
And even though I didn't know off the top of my head my age in binary, a little thinking on it I got it.....100110
Of those of us who are married, who checked "I have married a Geek"?
I think my wife would take offense at that, but she is. (She could check off uses a 4 color pen and most of the star wars stuff. )
My wife is a Tax Geek - she actually would do quite well on this as well - I'll have her take it and let you know..
I married a geek and she knows it .
I am 24.06312% - Geek.
That was pretty funny. My favorite was "I WANT... to score well on this test."
I can't even believe you got a 0 -
If you answered - I want more computers and I have 1 or 2 computers you'd have at least received a .4% geek level.
We all know you have a computer and you've talked about getting a new one....
Its ok to be a geek....
In fact that is how I describe myself to my clients..
Someone... "So what is it that you do?"
Me.... "Well I am a computer geek."
And usually they try to tell me that I am not a geek, like it is a bad thing! (And yes I did want to score higher on the test. And yes I did stretch some answers. )
31.55819% - Total Geek
I kinda expected higher, but I guess I'm not a big gamer or Star Trek fan and that hurt my score.
I love that it gives you percentage down to the nearest hunderd-thousandth of a percent, does that make me a geek?
Or what about that I finally finished classes before the weekend, and I'm looking forward a free weekend so the I can have time to research my new-found interest in artificial intelligence.
Maybe I need to go back and fill in those five boxes for random geekiness...
Edit: Yes and I'm also eagerly awaiting my 500th post do that I get a 'tar!!
With a rate of .65 I am sure they are all quality posts. Unlike this post which is simply pure crap.
Don't you at list want a lightsaber???
only 17.6% geek here. i wonder if i should feel better about myself...
Reminds me of a time when I showed up to a consulting job...
"Oh, are you the matinence guy"
"No mam, I'm the computer consul..."
"OH, your the computer geek! Great, now before you start working, I need some help with the e-mail"
That one hurt real bad, even though I'm proud to be a geek. You see, the lady was wearing what was considered cutting edge fashion in 1989, and called e-mail 'the e-mail'.
I think your geek level should jump up dramtically if you look in the source code to see how the java works after you take the test...I didn't realize how ironic it was that I did that for a few minutes....
About 29%- total geek.
Sounds about right.
BTW, try counting to four on one hand, 128 on both, or 132 on both in binary.
You get funny results.
"What's behind your back?" "The single deuce?" "No, your other back!"
Very true - who would not really want a lightsaber.....only thing is, that with out the force or a lot of training, you'd most likely end up taking off you're own leg.....
