Getting Mini vMac to work with Leopard

Alright, so I have a ROM and I downloaded System 7 from Apple, I am following the instructions. When it gets to the part where I have to unpack the .bin I am stuck, as I can't run Classic Environment in Leopard. Is there anyway around this, or will I just have to forget Mini vMac with Leopard...
