I have a hard disk connected to my TV to record movies and tv shows.

Can I move the stuff that I record to my Mac and watch it on there?

    Ok thanks.

Which one offers more options? The Hybryd or the 250Plus?

How do I get tv on these things? With an antenna?

And how would I record from my HD then? Put the EyeTV in my USB port and then .. ?

Haha, sorry, but I really know next to nothing about the subject.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, we really need a Home Theater Forum here. ;)

The Eye TV Hybrid can connect to a variety of cable inputs, including antennas, cable or satellite boxes. I really did ours - its software is da bomb.
