Getting through to Apple online customer service

    I asked this in the pre-order thread but didn't get a response... Has anyone been able to get through to talk to someone about changing their order? I want to change my order to a different credit card, but every time I call 1800MYAPPLE I talk to a robot until they transfer me and it says they can't take my call because it's too busy. What method are you guys using to get through?

    I highly doubt anyone is getting in the first or second time. About all you can do is re-dial, over and over and over depending on your level of patience. :)
