He's talking about respecting each others differences. Would be inspiring, except he's using weasel words to make sure he can rally against anyone he disagrees with with some sort of "honor/integrity" clause later on.
I always wonder why people praise Glenn Beck. In many ways, he's a God to the several people who bow down to his every word. But I guess that's why we're stuck in this state of conundrum: ignorance and unintelligence.
