    It's not a technicality to drive with a gun into a state with strict gun laws and get caught with a gun. you broke the law and ignorance of the law has never been a defense for breaking it. Seems to me that those who carry guns, are the ones who are always screaming about locking up criminals but when they break the law, it's excuses and my rights have been violated.

    No instead it shows me the profoundly numbe of people that don't understand the law. Plus it tells me that people of color are far more prosecuted than others in the Amercan Judical System! God forgive if they are a MAN!
