Bout as good as the micro analysis of Trump's handshake with Macron. OMG his hand turned white when someone gave him a firm handshake, he has blood in his veins.

Looks like there was a bit of tension in the room!

I wonder what national security advisor John Bolton (moustache) was saying.

More news/comedy next week when Trump does the North Korea summit with no preparation. Today he was claiming he can analyze the other side and determine the outcome within a minute of starting the meeting. Because that's how he did real estate deals.

He thinks he can just “wing it”. Can’t wait to see how that goes down. If I were to travel abroad right now, I’d get a custom made shirt letting everyone know that I didn’t vote for him.

An intelligent, hard-working and well-informed president.

That story barely even said anything. It looks more like it was a desperate attempt to create a page to put advertisements on.

He may have balls but he’s an idiot. The entire world knows this. He knows nothing about politics, economics and pretty much everything else. The world truly is laughing at the USA. But you guys still think that is great.

His net worth means nothing when it comes to what I posted. You don’t have to know about politics or even the economy to con your way to the top. Your reply is ridiculous and has nothing to do with what I wrote. If you think he knows about the economy and politics and history and ethics and everything else a president should know about, feel free to source it.

I would like to know how long we let this clown screw up everything the US stood for in the last 75 years before someone steps in and says NO, this is not what we want......

It was actually Canada who violated the NAFTA agreement in the first place. Lets look at some facts here, before we continue berating Trump, as if he doesn't understand what's going on. Here are the FACTS:

    https://www.export.gov/article?id=Canada-Import-Tariffs

    Import Policies
    Agricultural Supply Management
Canada uses supply-management systems to regulate its dairy, chicken, turkey, and egg industries. The regime involves production quotas, producer marketing boards to regulate price and supply, and tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) for imports. Canada’s supply-management regime severely limits the ability of U.S. producers to increase exports to Canada above TRQ levels. Under the current system, U.S. imports above quota levels are subject to high tariffs (e.g., 245 percent for cheese, 298 percent for butter).

As you can see the Canadian government controls the amount of import dairy from the US, so it can protect it's domestic dairy farmers, if US farmers try to ship more diary than they're allowed they're taxed at almost 300%. In 2002 Canada was found to be in violation of the NAFTA agreement they signed:

    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...-canadas-sheltered-dairy-system-idUSKCN1J42PL

DOES THE SYSTEM BREAK TRADING RULES?
Canada’s dairy system falls outside of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

A WTO panel ruled in 2002 that Canada breached its trade obligations through its dairy support, siding with the United States. The result of the WTO ruling is that Canada is not allowed to export much dairy.

In a nutshell it's not Trump who started this. Clearly Canada renegaded on the NAFTA agreement.

The Canadian Dairy industry does not get subsidized through the government like the American System. If Trump wants the Canadian Quota system to end, then the Americans would have to cut all subsidies which account for almost 75% of the profits in the American system.

There are pros and cons of each system, with the American system all tax payers pay even if they don't consume dairy and with the Canadian systems consumers end up paying more. Trump calling it a 270% tariff would only be true if the American dairy industry was not heavily subsidized.

The same thing happened with softwood lumber, the USA accused the Canadian industry of being subsidized which has resulted in tariffs being placed on Canadian lumber for the past 15 years or so.

What an embarrassment this guy is, really. And now he's gonna wing it with Kim? Trump says any agreement in Singapore will be a "spur of the moment" thing. Kim probably figures it that way too at this point... and that it could last about that long, knowing Trump.

You can run into narcissistic blowhards like Trump every day down the end of the bar. He's not making America great again, ask any other world leader, the leadership of his own party and more than half the American people. He's pissing people off and coming away with... ill will.

I wish he'd go find a bar stool and leave government to a designated hitter. He makes Mike Pence look almost palatable to some of us on the left which is really saying something.
