So I am for sure getting a MacBook Pro this summer with AppleCare, (purchased in the U.S.) and will be living in London starting next January. If anything goes wrong with my MacBook Pro while I'm there, can I just take it to an Apple store in London for service? (How many Apple stores are there in London?) Anyways, just curious.

I think the laptops have global warranties. You should be fine...

The flagship London store is in Regent Street (central London) and certainly worth a visit when you get over here.

yes, you can also take it to any of the authorized repair shops. I took my ipod touch into one in spain and they fixed it free of charge.

As others have said, yes you can take it to [almost] any Apple Store including the 3 in London for repairs. Have fun in the UK, I've always wanted to go there.

And your power supply/charger will work with either voltage. All you need is a different plug. Apple carries them, but I don't remember the price.
