:(. I used to love watching The GG's when I was at school. I should revisit it.

Never a big fan of the GGs. Maude was just amazing though.

She always was spicy. Never really cared for that method, but she was consistent with it, and did it well.

That means there is what only one or two left from the GG show? I know the older one, "mom" died last year. I haven't heard much about the other two.

    Very sad.

Rue McClanahan (Blanche) and Betty White (Rose) are still alive. Estelle Getty (Sophia) died last year.

She'll be missed, certainly. I loved watching Golden Girls - I was a little too young for Maude.

    Betty White is still performing.

I caught a GG episode not to long ago and the comedy still holds up 15 years later.

Very sad. Used to watch GG all the time with my grandma. Great show...

    Certainly a sad day.

I will have to watch the star wars holiday special again in memoriam.

    It is sad news.

Betty White shows up pretty regularly on the Craig Ferguson show.

It's so sad. I liked that show. Isn't there only one golden girl left?
