    So what happens if your machine is defective, or has a yellow screen, can you return/exchange it?

    Yes, Apple offers the service on every Mac regardless of seller.

    Take it to Apple. They service machines according to the warranty left [ checking via serial number ] on the product.

    Hey that's great, I didn't realize you could exchange your computer at the Apple Store even though you purchased it somewhere else. Are you 100% sure about this? I purchased an iPhone 4S last year from the Apple Online Store, and was told that I could not return or exchange it at Apple's retail store. I needed to exchange it due to a screen problem and was unable to do it locally because I purchased it online.

    Please make 100% sure before buying something off eBay.

    I think BH photo was tax free, you also get 50% off AppleCare, and they had 16gb configurations with 2.3 in stock.

    They're talking about warranty replacement. If you buy this machine off eBay, you will not be able to get a refund or exchange it for a different model at Apple.
