That is classic, with no WMDs all i can think of how much better we all would be if we left Iraq alone.
In order to allow Bush to continue in his role of US President and total f***-up, they've had to disable his irony-detector.
Was Bush referring to Iraq or the USA?
Well, Bush isn't a dictator, a lot of people voted for him - unfortunately. There's a sad lesson about democracy in that.
It looks like he's trying to blame Saddam for the state of disrepair of Iraq, which is comical because he hasn't been around for years. Of course Bush can't really blame the insurgents, because Bush & co are the ones that are supposed to deal with the insurgency (and they initially said that we'd be welcomed as liberators.)
