The GOP will eat their own to please their lobbyists. So much for draining that swamp.

Sounds like they were trying to direct jobs to Americans and fell back into the status quo of the last 8 years of protecting rich foreign interests.

One by one the GOP will dismantle Trumps promises because they go against the party and it's donors.

Trump is in a multi front war. The GOP is just as treasonous as the Dems.

I wouldn't be so sure of that, they're voters seem to be oddly swayed by simply waving a flag in their face and saying something about "freedom".

Did people expect the swamp to go willingly? I'd like to see how Trump is going to address this, because he spent nearly a ****ing year proclaiming he would. I know the reality is far different, but these people voter for this buffoon for this reason, so how is he going to square this?

Drain the swamp was a MASSIVE rally cry everywhere he went, and came up in countless interviews with his voters, THIS was one of his main selling points.

I'll chime in since that is part of the reason I voted for him. The GOP is doing the same exact thing they did when the TEA Party put them into office and for the past 7+ years. They said they would repeal Obamacare, they now control the majority of everything and it's now repeal and replace only to learn that they have no plan and they have been sitting on their butts. They promised one thing to get elected then went their own way once they got elected. The GOP needs to get on the ball on the platform that won Trump and them the election, if they don't what Trump can and should do is bring in his support for fresh blood for mid terms.

We need to stop voting for the career politicians pukes. I vote against the incumbent 100% of the time. Once you are in office for more than 1 term you turn into a corrupt shell of a human being. Just a sole sucking power fueled leech.

Steel and coal industry got one up the bum and they're now realizing it. What 409 said is true and it relates to what I said a few days ago. The Republican part is nothing like what it used to be. Nor is the Democratic party. They've been taken over by lunatics. The old, and I mean old Republican party wasn't much different than the Democratic party. Everyone's got an agenda these days. Trump's a clueless man-child. Presidential Pence or Ryan would destroy the country. I can just imagine how awful a Ryan presidency would be.
