Got 10.5" iPad Pro from T-Mobile, can I take it to the Genius Bar?

    I have a faulty Up volume button :( It's my first cellular model so I don't know how this works.

    Purchased from T-Mobile

    Yeah you can just take it into an Apple Store. It'll be under warranty with Apple.

    It does not matter if you opened or not they will still give you a new one. If it is in stock. I only use Apple stores for service even though I've purchased somewhere else.
