I have had it with apple. My first iphone 5 straight out of the box had some kind of discoloration and a few scratches. So I returned it and they send me a second one. Well they send me a refurbished 2nd hand piece of junk. Not only has it been used (the battery was fully drained straight out of the box instead of 50%. furthermore it some cellular usage in the settings). God knows how many cycles that battery has seen. Not only that it came with cosmetic damages too. Plastic on the front bottom right corner was deformed. diamond cut my buttocks. I have a long history with apple (problem free so far) and I am kind of loyal. But I bought the rMBP15 last summer minutes after store opened and I was one of the last of my batch to get my rMBP. People on macrumors called apple and they got free goodies as compensation for such long waiting times while my patience and politeness didn't get any rewards. And now they charged my credit card already yet I am without a iphone for 3 weeks. Should I ask for compensation cause I am very angry. Their quality control is very bad.
