grants.gov / IBM Workplace Forms

Has anybody cobbled together a way to run the IBM Workplace Forms (used by grants.gov) on Leopard?

I fear that the answer is "no", but I would be happy to be surprised by someone saying "yes"!!

What the torture can you do?

I have got a phone call form that at all times of the night back to back sometime 10 to 15 times a day. At first they did not say anything, they would just hang up. They ask you for about $395 dollars and you will be able to get government grants. What the torture can you do? Does anyone else get annoying, harassing calls from Government Grant Company? Let me have your idea. Thank you.
