I need to upgrade my computer and I was wondering which Macbook Pro was best? Do I need the dual graphic cards? I'd be working primarily in Photoshop and using a Cintiq 16 tablet. I'm starting my own business so I'm hoping to get professional-looking quality.

Thank you!

As a rule, if you want to get the most value for your dollar, and the best results, get the most you can possibly afford. At least 32GB of RAM, at least 1TB SSD, and yes, the most upgraded video card. In particular, Photoshop can take advantage of the extra RAM and video card.

None of this, of course, is going to help you get "professional-looking quality." That takes talent and skill without the use of a computer.
