Why is the most objective US news coverage actually a comedy show? It beggars belief.

Anyway, I just learned something new from that. This man is FOX's second largest shareholder:

Man, Heston's voice is like butter. Great segment from Stewart (i.e. his writers).

And Stewart points out the obvious logical failure among the opponents of the "mosque" who simultaneously claim that Islam is evil, that radical extremists are trying to establish an Islamic command center, that the place could house jihadists, that the name implies an Islamic victory etc.; but who then turn around and say they'd be happy to have such a place somewhere else in NYC.

WTF? If they really believe this place is that bad and Islam is that evil, how can they justify it being built anywhere?

you do know that Stewart writes a lot for the show as well right? i mean i see what you are saying but he contributes A LOT. not to mention his performance of the stories are what really make the segments so good. his comedic timing is amazing.

i missed the daily show this past week especially with Glenn Beck giving his speech on the 28th. i dont know how they could have missed it haha. but im pumped to hear his take on all that happened.

congrats on the Emmy as well.
