I picked this whole topic up at Digg almost 2 hours after it started, I promptly emailed the guy running that Mac Mini site. He replied the day later and in rather good English for, I assume it to have not been his first language.
So the person responding either demonstrated a very black hat mentality, or they just lied about the whole thing.
Consider that when I sent this out I knew very little about what had happened and I hadn't considered the possibility that the whole thing was a privilege escalation.

I have no intention to contact Apple whatsoever or share the least piece of information about this with them.

I hope my Mac get rm'd. I hope more people discover more bugs. I hope
