Just wanted to wish all of us out there a happy April 4th. Its a special day and i inted to make the best of it using all forms. J, B, P, B, and the all important GB. have fun all!!! AK
happy 420 everyone... i think i should get off early for this. time to bbq and light up! peace... and pass the L.
what is this talk of 'unofficial' . . . man back when i. . . er i mean my friends were in highschool this was a pretty darn official holiday. 4/20 @ 4:20. . . you better watch out. those were some good times. . . for my friends, cause thats what they told me.
haha, according to that artice Acording to that artice, i am "a joke"... I thought that was pretty funny. I think ill laugh HAHAHAHAA whew! your right, that was funny!
I have two friends who have birthdays today, and I celebrated with each of them. No illegal activities were involved, but I won't say anything about fattening activities.
Yes what an auspicious day.... On April 20, 1889 Adolf Hitler was born. On April 20, 1999 Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris shot 13 people and wounded 21 others at Columbine High School in Littleton, CO. And instead you celebrate pot smoking
so instead we should celebrate hitler and the killing of children and teachers? i'd rather smoke pot... although hitler was quite the artist. peace.
Yes, he was quite the artist, and he did some amazing things. (By that, I do NOT mean the killing of millions of innocent men, women, and children.) He did do atleast one good thing: the Autoban (or is it Autobon?)
Ahhhh, It's 420 once again! My personal favorite day of the year. My family usually has a cookout tonight, but my wife's father just had to have triple bypass surgery last friday, so we took the party to him today. Their is nothing like getting kicked out of a hospital for smoking cannabis with your father-in-law.
If you look hard enough, most days of the year have had tragic events occur on them. Should we cancel any holiday that has a corresponding tragedy?
*puff* *puff* about time for the traditional 4/20 munchies-run... took the afternoon off to celebrate with a friend downtown. was fun. we watched a woodstock documentary... paul
I watch the original Woodstock movie whenever it's on. You can't beat the great interview with the guy who cleans the port-o-potties. (It won an Oscar for Best Documentary, but I don't think that was the specific reason.)
Celebrating Easter or Yom Kippur is slightly different than celebrating the use of an illegal and dangerous substance and the culture that goes along with it.
get a grip. dangerous. if you don't know anything about the topic at hand, it's usually most polite to refrain from speaking. 4/20 or 4:20 have nothing to do with either of the events you mentioned. Some speculated that's why the columbine shooters picked that day, but that theory is usually rejected. There have been many attempts to trace 4:20 back, it's usually attributed to the time of day a certain Dr. Hoffman first tested his newly discovered "LSD". paul
