Yes, I bought a red one in Seoul before a two month trip with my (ex)MB. It fit perfectly and got really scratched, scratches that would have seriously marred the MB. I recently sold the MB and it still looked like new under the shell.
I don't know about the blue colored one, though--people (i.e. chix) coveted my red one.
