Has anyone figured out how to change the carrier logo w/o jailbreak?

There was one for iOS 6 in which you just had to custom update to the ipcc file but it doesn't work on iOS 7

I've tried for every iteration of the beta but it doesn't change

I wouldn't bother with it at the moment. Chances are Apple will patch it with the next beta or by GM if they find people are doing it.
