Has anyone noticed when browsing pictures in Facebook in desktop format clicking

a picture in a spot where a person is takes you to their home page? This is so stupid and annoying, as the quickest and easiest way to skip to the next picture is to click the photo but now if you accidentally click over a person it redirects you to their page. this makes no sense!! Why implement this useless and redundant shortcut? If you want to go to a persons page you can simply click their name below the photo.

Before you suggest I use the mobile site or app, both of those suck equally.

There is no excuse for Facebook, the worlds leading social media network to have such poor programming and design.

How does this relate to the iPhone? I don't even understand what you're trying to say.

Edit: The desktop site isn't optimized for the iPhone / smartphones in general, so it's no wonder you're having issues.
