I got my 4S yesterday and at&t returned my money back to my account. I am assuming that they will charge the amount again later.

I had a temporary charge on my card when I first ordered my phone, but it dropped off awhile ago. I still have not been charged for my phone that I got yesterday. Not even a pending charge, yet.

Don't worry, they'll take their money soon enough (fwiw, I don't have a charge on my account anymore either).

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

I am guessing that they were overloaded with cc charges so they took some off to relieve the pressure and will soon get to everybody else in time. But for now... FREE IPHONE! Haha jk

excellent idea, I never liked Bank of America anyways! Lol, they would probably add the charge to the next bill.

    no

No, I was charged the full amount last week early for a phone that wouldn't ship and an order that was botched by AT&T They still have not refunded the 375$ to my card account.
