i have been running tahoe since developer beta 1; currently running 26.2. i am having a great time. i neither love nor loath liquid glass, it simply seems like… the current GUI. and nothing about it stops me from doing what i need to do (and it’s definitely gotten better over the OS updates). i don’t care if windows are rounded; i live inside those windows, and it’s the content therein that i care about.

everything is (currently) working here. my apps (most importantly, logic pro and final cut), my tweak apps (betterdisplay, clamshell, hidden bar, etc). and i am enjoying speed, stability. great functionality. my M2 air has never run better.

with every new OS release, the macrumors forums are flooded with naysayers, ‘apple is dead’ posts, whining, anger (some of this is, of course, justified, at least, where ppl are experiencing real issues). then life goes on, we adapt, things get quieter… just in time for apple to drop another new OS. then the cycle repeats.

am not trying to change anyone’s POV, i don’t need to convince anyone of anything. just pointing out that there are macusers in the world who are having a great experience on tahoe; am happy to be one of them.

now tell me why i’m wrong 🤣
