I ordered the Anniversary skin for the iPhone X for $24.95, looked retro but when it arrived it was nothing but a couple of pieces of 3M vinyl stick on material. Within 2 hours, I went on line a requested a refund.

Refund received 1/10/18

Not on either social media site, I submitted request via their support form on their web site. Lot of negative comments on Wichita BBB.

I have never seen or heard of a wrap before, nor does their web site say anything about being a stick on material. All the comments and photos of skins I have seen on here appear to be moulded products that cover phone in one piece. I have had 4 different iPhones over the years and have never seen this type of product.

I started out with a nice leather case from Apple, but it was too slippery. I have mild arthritis in my hands and was afraid of dropping it. Had a silicone case for my 6s, but saw some negative comments on here about the new ones, so I returned leather case at Apple Store and got a Tech20, which is well made.

You would think that their own support form would be the best bet, but after reading all the comments on the BBB site, I don't hold much hope. CEO is a real airhole.

In all fairness, I received an email this AM authorizing the return for credit. It is not clear whether you are supposed just send back the item and hope for a refund or get authorization. In all my years in the computer business, companies always would issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization) first.

Good luck. If you send it back, who knows if you'll ever see the money.

In all fairness, "skins" and "wraps" refer to thin adhesive material that covers the surface of the phone or other device. Very sorry you didn't receive what you expected, but what they sold you was pretty much exactly what they were advertising.

Glad the refund came through for you.
