HD videos on Facebook?

I made a couple videos for FB and noticed it doesn't post on HD, just nasty standard. Is there an option to switch to HD upload or does it only upload on SD?

Not that I know of. My pictures always downrate as well.

I've been able to upload HD videos, but to do so, I have to make sure I'm on WiFi before uploading.

Go to Settings > Facebook > Settings and make sure Upload HD is toggled on. I believe it is off by default.
