Yeah because now healthcare is livin' da dream!

It was a simple regulatory EO, I think mostly useless in the long term.

Well the whole free market open market thing equates to most people buying as cheap as possible, ending up in the emergency room, and being told they have to pay a huge portion of the bill. They can't or won't pay, and hospitals go in the red. This is what the first executive order encourages.

Again, because before people were paying with a broad smile. Your hero Moore even made a (good) documentary on it, way before Trump existed in the presidential world.

The snap back if ACA was repealed with no viable replacement should be pretty unprecedented.

Trump's first executive action was to cancel President Obama's mortgage premium cuts.

Looking out for the forgotten man/woman.

What is truly sad about this is that passing it in the first place cost many democrats seats. Maybe if they had been willing to work together a bit on something this important we would be in a better situation.

As the federal government became more involved in the world of medicine, the cost of medical treatment rose. In the early 1980s, e.g., a visit to a doctor's office was in the $15 to $25 range. In 1984 I walked in to a doctor's office in Alpine, Texas, and got a cortisone shot in my shoulder for tendonitis--and out the door for $25.

Part of Trump's EO was abeyance of the $2,500 penalty for not having "health" insurance (How do you insure health?). That right there will cause some employers to hire some workers. Reduce the overhead for business, see more employment. Reduce the paperwork BS for doctors and clinics, reduce the cost of treatment--and the cost of insurance premiums.

Note that if you live a healthy lifestyle, the majority of all people only need insurance coverage for catastrophic events. Car wreck, cancer, etc. Heart attacks and strokes are generally seen in those older than 50 or 60.

You know it won't happen like that. Only the sky-is-falling liberals are saying that.

Of course not. Content is irrelevant when your argument is emotional and not factual.

The Democrats can't be held responsible for the racist anti-Obama rhetoric of Republicans and voters. Some of the same specimens voted for a Trump this time.

It wasn't racist, just common sense. The guy was an idiot who didn't have a clue how to do anything.

Ha ha. My most recent hospital went straight to bankruptcy after 2010. Hospitals all over this state are dying right now.

Stick to stuff you actually know something about bro!

You're claiming that Trump is going to put hospitals into the red, not me.

Back it up. How is that going to happen. You sound like you have data that you're basing this assertion on, not some wild ass guess.

Which was pure drivel. Totally uninformed.

Do you not think this doesn't already happen every single day, despite the ACA?

Nothing's going to change there, I assure you!

Why is it racist to oppose Obamas ajenda? Just because he's 1/2 black? I guess it was racist of Bill Cosbys victims to oppose his ajenda as well.
