HELP Downgrade Going Wrong

I had 2.0 on my 1st gen iPhone. Then I downgraded to 1.1.4 using itunes 7.5. Everything was working, but then it wouldn't finish installing 1.1.4, now it is stuck in recovery and giving me error 1064 or something, I want a factory setting 1.1.4. how to do this ? Thanks.

1064? You should be able to kick it back into normal mode just by opening iLiberty.
