iPod Help, just erased iTunes folder and need to recover from iPod

Can't believe I did this ... I was using Chronosync to backup my iPod music folder and by accident chose the wrong folder to mirror. My iTunes music folder has now been erased but I do have an iPod Classic 80GB which has my entire library.

Can anyone advise the best tool to recreate the entire library back to my Mac?

I'm hoping the music files come back in their original formatted folder and not some funny characters, spent a lot of time organizing my iTunes music folder.

Thanks for the hint. I tried Senuti but the beta kept crashing on me and the final version wouldn't load the dmg (as indicated by others on MacUpdate)

In the end PodWorks did the trick and I recovered all my songs! Whew
