I have a PM 933 under OS 9.2 & I can't read DVD's properly...
the superdrive has already been changed by Apple after similar problem but still everytime I play a DVD image is slow, sound is poor or inexistant...
sometimes the Finder asks me to change screen resolution but no change

after few tests on OS X (I have 2 partitions ) it seems to be as bad as on OS 9.2
Is the pioneer A-104 capricious?
is my Geforce 4 mx destroyed?

does someone had a similar problem?

Thanx for help

hmm ive got a 933 G4. Ive only done dvd playback flawlessly. maybe uve got a hardware problem. I suggest taking into ur local apple authorized service place (like comp usa) and see if they can help u out.

U might also wanna try reinstalling the DVD player. Or if they'res an update, they that.

thanx for your help...
I've updated everything but still goes wrong
it must be a hardware problem again
the funny thing is that Apple just checked & fixed ( according to them) the problem...I think they've already changed the drive
anyway, I 'll contact Apple again today
