Help Please - stuck in recovery mode

I was going to use this thing to jailbreak My ipod touch(Blackra1n) but I didnt finish and my Ipod went into recovery mode I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING LOOKED UP EVERY METHOD I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IT OUT OF RECOVERYMODE PLEASE HELP!!!!I watched like 1000 youtube videos
