Ok here's the problem. A user logs in and whatever, yeah. Well, after they login and open font book to install fonts, they can't. They can't even install the fonts locally. The only way they can install fonts is by dragging and dropping the fonts into their: Network/.../username/Library/fonts folder, but even then the fonts don't show up like they should. Well, this happens for most users that are in a certain group. But when someone logged in as Remote (its the account on the computers to install programs, etc. - like admin) adds fonts to that user, then logs in as their user name, they can add fonts. ONLY for that user though. Anyone know how to alleviate this problem? They are logging into OS X via login name that is on the OS X Server. - I don't know if this is a server, user, group, or a computer issue. But that user can install fonts on any machine he wants now, under his user name using font book, but any user who has don't that step can't. - I'm posting this in Apple's forums.
