I'm kinda new to this but i've been searching around. It appears one has to have an account in that country with a billing address in that country. Otherwise, I've heard that someone who lives in a foreign country can gift someone music, and the reciever can set up an account w/o credit card billing info to that country to recieve the free music. But on itunes, I read that gifts can only be reedemed in the country they were sent from. Does anyone know of a way to get around it and download the single of the week songs from other stores? Any help would be apprecieated, thanks

You cannot do this under the Terms of Use of the iTunes Store. So we don't permit people to use the forums to try to circumvent Apple's requirements.

If you are lucky, you'll find free music you like in your own country's store.
