iPod help with pre-ordered album

i pre-ordered the new Bon Jovi album yesterday. it came out today, but i haven't received an email yet saying i can download it, even though you can buy it right now and download it. it says it won't charge me until i download. i'm supposed to get a bonus song since i pre-ordered

I've never pre-ordered and album but is it in your shopping cart? You also may want to go to "Check for Purchased Music" under the Advanced menu. Let me know how it works out.
