Do you remember who Barak Obama beat to gain his senate seat seven odd years ago? Do you understand, therefore, why this racism thing is a lot of nonsense?

Not any more than Michael Steele did.

    I don't know.

Find somebody who's said "Republicans are a bunch a racists," and ask them.

Don't know, but we most certainly can call them a bunch of religious nuts and homophobes. You still got that little problem to deal with.

Your metaphors will leave many, younger than us, scratching their heads.

And I approve of this activity. :D

He sounds like a prototype Republican so he should get the nomination.

He's for corporate welfare, for tax advantages for the wealthy, for deregulation, against auditing the Federal Reserve, for TARP, against gay marriage, anti-Muslim.

So he's very appealing to hardcore conservatives...And yet hardcore conservatives are more likely to be racist.

    This is gonna be interesting.

I'm not an edible kernel and I don't have an irrational fear (or any fear) of homosexuality. I don't support same-sex marriage, but just because I don't support it doesn't mean people can't do it.

Aren't the same people trumpeting Cain's (non-political) experience the same ones who said Obama was too inexperienced to ever become president?

I think the nomination will come down to Cain or Huntsman - the rest of the candidates have too much baggage. I really think the nominee will be a dark horse.

Aren't those racist epithets? Are they acceptable when used against non-liberal minorities?

Cain has real world experience. Obama had TelePrompTer experience.

Four more years of "O" and a pizza delivery gig could be looking pretty sweet!

How about this? What I do with my life is none of your ****ing business, so your opinion about who I decide to spend my life with means very little to me. You don't like same sex marriage? Don't get married to someone of the same sex. You have no right to deny me the ability to live as I see fit.

Ironically you hit on the exact reason why people can't do it.

Exactly. But people like him don't like freedom. They want to force people to live by their idiotic religion's rules.
