iPod Hmm... (kernel panic)

I was wondering if you guys experience a kernel panics when you unplug your ipod? my ipod was charged and and I disconnected it and boom kernel panic, FIRST ONE yay! NOT! ! Maybe I should just stay away from my computer and ipod today Anyway should I report this to apple?

Did you eject it first? You might want to try that.

Yeah, I ejected it. It was no where on my computer anyway. I have disconnected it like that before and nothing happened .
