What do You guys think of this case? Good, Bad? Worth getting?

I don't have much evidence for this, but I read in this forum or another on to NOT get cases with magnets in them, which I believe that one has (I had a Classic case just like it and it had a magnet in it). I don't recall why the magnets are bad, but it might be worth investigating. Personally, I'd take a hard case over that, unless you need to remove it from the case often. But if you plan on just keeping it in a case, go for a hardcase, like the Griffin iClear case.
 
Griffin iClear = Contour Showcase

If you can't find a Griffin iClear, you might try the Contour Showcase. (Or vice versa.) They sure look similar. I love my Showcase, teamed up with an Invisible Shield. Virtually indestructible, yet not much bigger than the touch itself.

I think cause the magnets causes the hardware inside to screw up.

No, magnets don't do anything to the device. That was just someone looking for something to blame his problem on.
