HOhw to load Apps

New to the Jailbreaking deal so take it easy on me. Jailbroke my Ipod Touch with no problems but do not know how to load 3rd party apps. What sites are good/bad/easy? Any help is welcomed

all 3rd party apps can be found via cydia and installer which should have been installed when you jailbreak your device.

if you go to the sections part of cydia you will find items to install..... to install more theer is a section called repositorys just add sources from there and more items will show in cydia
