I've had my iPhone 4 since February. I take very good care of it and haven't ever dropped it, gotten it wet, etc. Lately the home button issue has just become too much of a problem. Very often, I find myself pressing it firmly 5-7 times in a row and still no response. It's quite annoying and I'm aware of others having the same problem although I'm not sure to what extent. I feel like it's a pretty big issue; however, when I went into Apple for a scheduled Genius bar appointment, I received no help whatsoever. I clearly informed the employee that I had completely restored the phone, wiped it clean, and was running the latest software. The very obnoxious employee kept insisting that I perform a restore even after I told him repeatedly it had been done. As if that wasn't bad enough, he asked if I had a screen protector on it. I said no. He kept arguing trying to tell ME what I had on my phone. "You have a screen protector on your phone." I said no...I don't. Needless to say, I received no help and left unsatisfied and frustrated. Do you think it's worth scheduling another appointment in hopes of receiving better help or not even worrying about it and just dealing with the problem?
