Homekit stuck on Loading Accessories and Scenes

Ive had this issue for a while after restoring my iPhone X and starting phone as new the home app just says Loading Accessories and Scenes I've tried everything signing out of my Apple ID and keychain etc, I've looked on google and a lot of others have this issue appartaly its server side and apple need to reset the HomeKit setting?

Yeah and they have been usless keep saying will get someone back to call u and never do

I had this on my iPhone X the other day but all I did was just turn the device off and back on. now my homekit accessories are showing.

yeah but it still happened when I was on 11.2.5
