so here is my argument:

The laptop is generally built for productivity while the phone is built for user retention, so opening your phone reduces your focus on the laptop, which then in turn makes you procrastinate. However, a tablet (in general) covers both of those issues by giving you a camera, apps, and UX functionality more or less like a laptop, and it makes you less likely to procrastinate as you’re always in the focus bubble of just having one product, doing many things all at the same time and all the resource you need for productivity are generally there.

No need to rehash points/counterpoints, especially since you seem to have your mind made up. My suggestions is head over to the iPad forum and bring up your hot take in that thread (I'm not saying you shouldn't post here, but rather post in the a thread dedicated to that very topic)
